Service Description
In this class, students will explore: - The dichotomy between drawing with a view to Construction and Gesture, the advantages of each, and how striking a balance between the two will lead to the most lifelike drawings - The skeletal structure of several key areas of the human body: The skull, spine, rib cage, shoulder girdle, and arms, Gesture exercises, 1 minute at a time, to quickly sketch the human form. These exercises have focused on capturing the orientation, movement, and curvature of the body, as simply as possible - Perspective as a tool to help create 3D constructed shapes - Daily warm up with the exercises to refine motor skills and gain control over strokes - Add muscle, fat tissue, and skin to our toolbox of Human Anatomy drawing
