Service Description

This course is a practical course on effective responses in a medical emergency and methods to effectively care for oneself to avoid a medical emergency on a personal level. Classes will employ concepts from biology, anatomy, and psychology to teach students about CPR, identifying symptoms of stroke and cardiac arrest, as well as personal well-being, including nutrition and stress management.
