Service Description

This gentle yoga and meditation class is designed to introduce students to the basic tenets of yoga and meditation so they may gain strength, flexibility, and clarity of mind in a group setting and even become inspired to begin their own yoga practice at home. Students will gain a basic understanding of the history and different types of yoga, learn several core poses and flows, and become acquainted with meditation as it relates to the practice of yoga.
