OUR ENROLLMENT PROCESS

1: INQUIRE

Fill out the initial inquiry form below to express your interest in attending EWoW. When we receive your inquiry form, we will follow up via email to set up a visit and tour of our building.

2: INITIAL VISIT

Come check out our space and see what EWoW is all about! Your family will receive a full tour of our building, and a meeting with our program director who will answer any question you may have about our program. This visit will help you determine if EWoW is a good fit for the needs and aspirations of your family. You can email admissions@educationww.org if you would like to reach out and set up an appointment.

3: APPLICATION AND SAMPLE CLASS

Fill out our application form and financial aid form if you are interested in receiving need-based aid. We also strongly encourage families to come in for a second visit during this time, so that students can attend a sample class in a subject of interest, and parents can discuss the time commitment for families, as well as non-need based financial aid options such as work-study programs and payment plans, if needed.

4: DESCISION LETTER

Upon reviewing your application materials, we will send you a decision letter. If EWoW is the right fit for you family, this letter will contain a notice of acceptance to our program, a cost estimate, and guidance on the next and last steps to get your child enrolled in classes!

5: ORIENTATION

Every new family gets a private meeting with our operations manager to set you up for success ahead of your child's first day of classes! This will include setting up a student email account, receiving access to our online community portal, reviewing the student handbook, and filling out a few final forms.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry Form

Tell us a little bit about your family, your prior educational experiences, and interests. After receiving this form, we will reach out to schedule a visit!

Step 3: Application & Financial Assistance

Here at EWoW, we strive to make private secular education inclusive and affordable for any motivated family.  If you are unable to contribute financially in full, we offer many opportunities for community members to contribute with time, energy, and skills to help reduce their family's financial burden. If you feel your family qualifies for need-based financial aid, please fill out our need-based aid form.

Below is a list of discounts and an outline of the payment plan options we offer for new and returning families. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us about the ways that we work together to make a supportive, custom, fun education a reality for your child!

HOW DO THE FINANCES WORK?

EWoW is tuition-based, with limited scholarship and work opportunities available.

Payment plans are available, as are discounts and need-based financial aid.

WHAT IS YOUR TUITION?

Tution starts at $34,500 with additional services extra.  Tuition covers everything required for high school diploma planning and completion.  Merit-based and need-based aid are both available for qualified students and families.

CAN 529 PLANS BE USED TO PAY TUITION?

Yes!  Generally, this is the case, but you will want to check with your financial advisors to make certain.

HOW CAN I BEST MINIMIZE MY BILL?

The best way to keep your bill as low as possible is to take full advantage of our discounts, scholarship offers, work plans, and need-based aid.  This means committing to EWoW early in our planning process for the fall.  While we offer rolling admission, most financial aid and scholarships are fully committed by the end of June.

Payment Plans

Our standard 10-month payment plan makes budgeting easier for you.  For first-time students who register by March 27th, a 14-month payment plan is available!

Merit Based Scholarships

The Community Campus Scholarship

We offer one full-tuition scholarship each year to a New Milford Resident.
