Community Campus Scholarship

Each year we offer one full-tuition scholarship to a New Milford, CT student who reflects the core qualities of an EWOW learner—curiosity, self-direction, resilience, and a desire to engage deeply with learning and community. Students from all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply, including public school, private school, and homeschooled students.

Scholarship Criteria

We do not only look at grades, we are looking for students who show:

  • Curiosity – asks questions, seeks deeper understanding

  • Engagement – shows interest in the world beyond the classroom

  • Self-direction – a willingness to take ownership of their learning

  • Resilience – the ability to navigate challenges and continue forward

  • Authenticity – a strong sense of self, or a desire to discover it

Academic history may be considered, but is not the primary factor.

  • Demonstrate alignment with EWOW’s learning model and values

  • Maintain good academic standing for the duration of the year.
